[Letter] 1914 December 16, Boston [to] Adjutant General, [Augusta, Maine]

A letter written to Maine's Adjutant General by McCaffrey, who apparently was associated with the Theatre Comique in Boston. The letter contains items belonging to James A. Clark of West Farmington, Maine that were found at the theater. These items include a letter to Clark dated April 11, 1913 from the Adjutant General regarding Clark's application to attend the Gettysburg celebration at state expense and Clark's discharge record from the 11th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment dated Sept. 8, 1865.
